Apprenticeship Program
We have two Apprenticeship program schools where apprentices earn while they learn.Apprenticeship program starts when Apprentice reaches 480 (OJT) hours.Once you achieve the 480 (OJT) you'll began classes.Your classes are a week long with a goal of 4,200 (OJT) accumulating to 3 1/2 years.Through out those 3 1/2 years there's a wage & fringe bracket you progress threw 1-7.Each bracket has different wages depending on how many (OJT) hours and classes taken.Once you complete you'll receive your Journeyman Certificate.

Being a Local 81 member you'll receive two different pensions that you pay into.The Pacific coast roofers pension and the International pension.
